A tornado watch that was in effect for much of the Tri-State has been cancelled.

A line of heavy rain pushed through the Tri-State Monday morning, prompting the warnings.

Flood advisories remain in effect for most of the Tri-State. The National Weather Service estimates 3 to 5 inches of rain fell across the Tri-State.

Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses has been occurring. In addition, minor flooding will continue for farmland near creeks, streams
and drainage ditches. All of the flooding will slowly subside through the rest of the morning.
