WORK STOPPED, as Android M is officially released. I will do the same work again once Android N is in work :)

READ FIRST!
Update 2 for Android M came out with a new Launcher.
The Launcher from the inital release of Android M Preview works fine, the one from Update 2 has bugs and on many devices Google App will constantly crash! Flash on your own risk! I will still give my best to try to fix it.

Description:
I am proud to present to you the new Android M Launcher,Camera, Wallpaper, Bootanimation, Ringtones and more, extracted from the M Developer Preview.
I also recognized that the Android M Launcher runs smoother than the Android L one on my old S3 and S6 and first Google Now Launcher which doesnt lag on my S3. So it is definetelly worth to give it a try!

Features:
- Android M Launcher/Velvet
- Android M Camera -> Link removed, you find the App now in the Play Store!
- Android M Clock (can bring bugs!) -> Link removed, you find the App now in the Play Store!
- Connectivity Services -> Link removed, you find the App now in the Play Store!
- Android M Play Services [use on your own risks! This can bring bugs and more!]
- Android M Wallpaper (download at Screenshots!)
- Android M Bootanimation
- Android M Ringtones (Note: Nearly ever tone is the same as in Lollipop!)
- All Stock Nexus Android M Apps in one package (I wouldnt recommend to install all these apks, they are for tests, not more!)

Android M Experience - flashable zip file:
Old name: All in One-flashable:
Android M Experience will install the new Launcher, Bootanimation and Ringtone while flashing once.

How to install...
...new Google Now Launcher from M:
- Download my Google Now App (Velvet) below
- Download Google Now Launcher from Play Store

...new Google Camera with lib files:
Download Google-Camera.apk and Google-Camera-lib-files.zip. Install the app and then put the lib files to the DeskClock folder in /system/app
Just download the App now from the Play Store!

... Google Play Services
This will only work on Android 5.0 and above, also it won't work on 64bit systems and it is recommended only to install if you have a 480 dpi device!
Just install the apk on your device.

...new Android For Work App
Download Android-For-Work.zip, put the whole AndroidForWork folder in: /system/app and give the correct permissions
removed, doesnt work

...new Android M Bootanimation:
Way 1: Download: Bootanimation-flashable.zip and flash it
Way 2 [you need CyanogenMod Theme Engine!]: download bootanimation app from here
Way 3:
- Copy the bootanimation.zip file on your SD card/ internal storage on your phone
- use a the root explorer, CM File Browser or any other file browser with root access to perform this action
- copy the .zip file into the system/media folder
- give the correct permissons

... Android M Ringtones (note nearly all are the same as in Lollipop!)
Way 1: Download: Bootanimation-flashable.zip and flash it
Way 2: Download my Ringtone.zip and copy the files to system/media/audio to the correct folder

... all other Android M apps
Download Full-Android-M-App-Package.zip and place every app you like in the correct folder

[HOT] New Google Photos App (Play Store)

Bugs:
- HDR+ will make the Camera App force close
- "Ok, Google" doesn't work
- Android for Work won't install, you have to put the apk and files in System folder
- new Android M Clock will force close on some devices!

Get the Android L Stuff back:
- How to deinstall the Android M Launcher(, and get back to the L one):
Way 1: Download Android-L-Stuff-flashable.zip and flash it in recovery
Way 2: Go to settings, apps and FIRST deinstall Google Now Launcher, now go to Google (Search) and press: deinstall updates
Way 3: Download a root browser, open it and activate root access. Now go to /system/app/velvet and remove the whole velvet folder, then reboot your phone and downlaod the google app again from Play Store.
This will maybe not work on devices running vanilla STOCK firmware with GNL preinstalled (like Nexus or Motorola devices!), with these devices you will have to do a factory reset!

If it still doesnt work, sorry, but YOU decided to make these modifications and I take absolutly no warrinty for what you are doing!

- How to get the Android L Clock back:
Way 1: Download Android-L-Stuff-flashable.zip and flash it in recovery
Way 2: Download a root browser, open it and activate root access. Now go to /system/app/deskclock and remove the whole folder, then reboot your phone and downlaod the old clock app from somewhere and put it in there. [THIS COULD BRING EVEN MORE BUGS!]
If it still doesnt work, sorry, but YOU decided to make these modifications and I take absolutly no warrinty for what you are doing!

Other Informations:
- Android Version required: 4.4+ (inlcudes all Lollipop versions!)
- I have tested the App so far successfully on Android 5.0.2 (TouchWiz) and 5.1.1 AOSP
- ApkMirror has the Apps now also, after I made this post
- WARNING: As this is taken from Android M it still can have risks! Keep this in mind! It was originally made for Android M, not L. I am not responsible for bricked devices, or other things! YOU have decided to make these modifications!
- AOSP based Roms (CyanogenMod, Omni, etc) will have less bugs than Sense (HTC), TouchWiz, etc

Credit and Contribution:

- @NaldoTech for the great how to install video!
- Awais Farooq for the modded Android M Wallpaper

I tried Google Camera from Android M on my N5 running 5.1.1. Enabling HDR+ makes it FC.
Maybe because @FaserF forgot to grab the libs from M preview.
Also libs from Velvet are missing.

He should better provide apk and libs packaged as zip.
The apks from M preview are not made for normal installs!

BTW the M Velvet libs are located in system lib folder.
Services also will work with them ;)

I will do this later on, need some sleep :D
But you all can extract the lib files from my full android m apps package if you want.
Valvet doesn't need libs, even withLibs OK Google doesn't work.

It doesn't give me that option.

There is one for sure. Don't have the time now, I will give you a Screenshot later on.

anything new with the Android M keyboard?

Nothing new.

Has anyone been able to do a system dump yet so we can test all other apps?

    Download: Full-Android-M-App-Package.zip
There you find all Apps (including system Apps like CellBroadcats, Launcher2, etc). I havent tested yet with them. If you do so, please give me some feedback what worked etc :)
