Firefox 12 (latest) installed. Can't open Hotmail/msn incoming msgs. IE OK. Plse advise.
My question is as above, and below. Firefox 12 (latest) installed. Can't open Hotmail/msn incoming msgs.
Please can you fix this glitch, if it is at your end.
My Kit here is desktop XP Media Center, avast antivirus, Foxit PDF reader (if relevant), nvidea for visuals. All updates and drivers up to date. Can't get into any incoming emails, since FF 12 installed. Have had to use Microsoft Internet Explorer instead. This I do not like doing, as it screws my system, freezes docs, and cuts internet for Microsoft call-home one-way error reporting.
Please advise. Our just put out a patch to fix. Thank you

Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- Clear the Network Cache
- Use the "Remember History" setting as described in this article -> Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track
Start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if your add-ons/extension are causing the problem. Also see these article:

- Troubleshooting Plugins
Check and tell if its working.
May not be related to your problem but some of your Firefox Plugins are out-dated, so you need to Update them.

- When Downloading Plugins setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, etc.)

I tried all the suggestions and nothing has worked. I'll use Chrome instead for Hotmail until a fix exists.
I disabled FOXIT READER PLUGIN for MOZILLA 2.2.1.417 Am now able to read and delete mail msg (using hotmail)
517levi, Thanks! That did the trick for me. Who would know that Foxit would have anything to do with navigating within Hotmail on Firefox?
