It arrived leaked, about 1 inch down, to be completely truthful.
It was wrapped in plastic ONLY HALF-WAYS. I smelled it before I saw it. I used what I had, and loved the smell and performance.

The smell is nice but very strong and I felt like, while it definitely got my hair plenty clean, it wasn't moisturizing.

I'm going to be sticking with L'Oreal's EverCreme once I use this up - it cleans just as well, is a lot more moisturizing, and is several dollars cheaper.
