Horrible.

They started off pretty good, but apparently knew injury laws better than I did. I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services.

They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure.

The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them.

Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday.

She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.

I've been receiving chiropractic care from Dr Jimenez and his staff for about 6 weeks. I am feeling so much better and am without the daily pain and stiffness that I previously experienced. Dr Jimenez is very caring and professional and always willing to share his knowledge with me. His staff have always been great and I see that they make each patient feel special and welcome. The office has always been clean and very organized. I would highly recommend his services to any in need.

I was in an accident. I was seen at this clinic for 17 visits for sprain/strain. The office charged me $5358 ($315 per visit). After a reduction request, they reduced it to $3750 ($220 per visit). The settlement was not enough to pay all the medical bills. We presented them a copy of the settlement and explanation of funds disbursement. We offered to pay them $120 per visit, which is a rate way higher than average in El Paso, TX. Their office manager, Truide, rejected the offer and threatened us with "police arrest and jail time", and constant harrassing communications on email, phone, and mail. This office referred me to a Pain Specialist (Dr. Ali Ibrahim MD, a "real" doctor) who charged me "even less" per visit than this clown! Seriously, if you are injured in an accident, go to a "real" medical doctor that "treats back", and "not break backs". Don't go to this clinic.

This was my first time here. I brought my son to help with back issues. He is 6'4". He received good personalized attention from the staff and doctor. You can tell the doctor has a passion for what he does. He to the time to educate us on how the body compensates for being out of balance. I look forward to making time to come in.

Only concern is that they moved to Vista Del Sol two months ago and Yelp still has old location. I made the drive to the old location only to realize they had moved, but it was worth the drive.

It's hard to decribe Dr. Alex Jimenez in one word or even 1,000 words. But, if i had to decribe him with just one word, it would be PASSION! He has the passion and knowledge for his profession and it seeps out of every ounce of him. He is willing to share his knowledge and wisdom with anyone about Chriptactics and other heath related concerns. If you ever have the opportunity to meet him, you will understand what it is I'm talking about. You will leave that meeting a better person and healthier one too. Take his advice and tell your friends about him Your back, spine, knee,neck or whatever ails you, will feel much much better. Guaranteed!

This place is LOCATED in the Push gym. The staff was polite and takes walk-ins. Dr. Jimenez ending up being a super decent Chiropractor. Most professions have an art and science and it's really difficult to find someone who practices the art. Dr. Jimenez does. I walk in with one back issue and he highlighted several other issues. Bottom line I feel normal again only after hours of treatment. If I didn't live so far away I would drive to his practice when injuries arise.

My first chiropractic adjustment was today and I feel amazing. I've had back pain for years and today I felt relief that I haven't felt in a very long time. Dr. J knew as soon as he touched my back where I was hurting and made the necessary adjustments to get me back on my feet.
