A shocking new video that dramatically shows just how far hotel heir Conrad Hilton Jr. has fallen will likely raise new fears about the mental state of the troubled hotel heir.

The tape, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, comes just a day after Paris Hilton’s little brother refused to leave his jail cell for a court appearance. But on Wednesday his parents Kathy and Conrad Sr. arrived at court to post bail. He will be released to his father and sent to a hospital in Houston.

The video shows blank-eyed Hilton, 23, appearing to be in an almost psychotic state rambling in a low monotone about how badly he wants to reunite with ex-girlfriend Hunter Daily Salomon.

‘I want Hunter, please make me want her more. Please teach me to be the guy that she deserves,’ he said before talking about her current boyfriend, actor James Caan’s son Jimmy.

‘She does not need Jimmy Caan, I’m not saying he’s not a nice guy, but please help me, please.’

The video was shot on the morning of April 20 when Hilton turned up at the home that Hunter shares with her mother, E.G. Daily.

He addresses Hunter’s father, professional poker player Rick Salomon, who is divorced from Daily and does not live at the house.

‘Rick, I’d like to move forward and have a mutual respect between the two of us,’ Hilton says at the beginning of the tape. ‘I’m sorry, even though it’s all an illusion.

‘I’m sorry for what I’ve tried doing. I’m sorry for trying to take advantage of your wife, your daughters,’ he adds. ‘I thought you took advantage of my sister — I don’t know if you did but I’m pretty sure it was an illusion too.

At the end of the tape, he pauses for a few seconds before saying: ‘That’s it.’

In 2003, Salomon, 48, released a video of himself having sex with Paris Hilton that became a sensation and made millions of dollars. Conrad, who is 13 years younger than his famous sister, has previously claimed he was bullied at school because of that video.

Hilton finally appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday, one day after he was due to be arraigned following his arrest this weekend for grand theft auto and violating a restraining order.

He put on a show for the gallery, calling a photographer 'so f***ing gay' and later informing the judge that he does 'not have sex with hookers.'

That comment came shortly after the conditions of Conrad's bail were set, with the young heir being asked to hand over $90,000 before being released into the custody of his father.

Conrad was also ordered to check into Menninger, a psychiatric hospital in Houston, for evaluation and so that professionals can diagnose his behavior. 

The new tape of Conrad Hilton was shot by Salomon’s lifelong friend Sal Tesauro, who was staying at E.G. Daily’s house at the time.

‘It scared me,’ Tesauro, who has a small role in the upcoming movie The Life and Death of John Gotti, told DailyMail.com.

‘I’m not saying I was physically afraid of him, and he didn’t make any threats. It was more that I am afraid for him. ‘He is obviously not in a good state.’

According to Tesauro, Hilton came to Hunter's home at least four times since the video

Fears have been growing for Hilton’s mental health for weeks. He is currently in jail awaiting trial on a charge of grand theft auto and of breaching a restraining order designed to keep him away from his former girlfriend.

On Tuesday he refused to leave his cell to board a bus to take him to court in Los Angeles for an arraignment.

Tesauro  (above) said Hilton returned to the house at least four times in the weeks following him making the tape. One time he flew into a rage and broke his own cell phone, on another occasion he broke a piece of glass

He is being held in lieu of $60,000 bail. His lawyer Robert Shapiro said he wants him to get psychiatric help as a condition for being released pending trial.

Tesauro, 51, said Hilton rang the bell at Daily’s home and he went out to confront him. Hilton started talking about Rick Salomon and Tesauro asked him to repeat what he had said on tape so he could relay it to the family.

‘I knew there is a restraining order against him, but I didn’t want to call the police because Hunter’s family has a lot of empathy for him and they didn’t want to see him arrested,’ added Tesauro.

‘That’s why I asked him if I could videotape his message so I could show it to the family.

‘But at the end of the day I was willing to do anything I had to do to keep him away from Hunter. He was very calm and after I had taped his message I asked him to leave and he left.’

Tesauro said he believes Hilton is suffering from a mental health issue. ‘I’m not a doctor, but it seemed to me that he is suffering from something, possibly fueled by drug addiction and entitlement.

‘I know mental illness because it runs in my family. And it seems to me that he has some serious mental issues.’

On one of the visits he left a teddy bear for Hunter on a garbage can.

‘He was very quiet with me on the day I made the tape but I have seen him fly into rages, that is why we became so concerned,’ said Tesauro, who grew up with Salomon in New Jersey and frequently stays with the family in California.

‘Eventually we decided if he turned up again we had to call the police.’

Salomon and Daily divorced in 2000 but remain friends. Hunter and her sister Tyson live with their mother. Tesauro said Salomon’s security guard now stays almost permanently at the Daily home because of Hilton’s persistent badgering of the family.

The charges Hilton is currently facing arise out of an incident shortly after 4.30 am on Saturday, when he and a friend allegedly stole Salomon’s Bentley from his home in West Hollywood and drove it to Daily’s home 10 minutes away.

Tesauro said Hilton called the guard to say he was on his way. The guard then called 911 to alert police who were at the home by the time Hilton arrived shortly after 4.30 am.

Video footage of his arrest, obtained by TMZ, shows Hilton being detained by officers.

In the footage, Hilton is seen accusing one of the officers of groping his genitals. He then uses a gay slur to refer to the officer. Police also say that Hilton used the n-word.

He is also heard screaming: 'I'm Conrad motherf***ing Hilton, don't you forget it.'

Daily was Salomon’s first husband. He then went on to marry Beverly Hills, 90210 star Shannen Doherty, but that fell apart after nine months. Five years later he married Pamela Anderson. That lasted an even shorter time. Anderson and Salomon remarried in 2014 but again it ended within months.

He dated Paris Hilton around 2001, the year he made the sex tape that he called 1 Night in Paris. He released it against her will two years later, just as she was about to star in the first episode of The Simple Life.

Paris claimed she was ‘out of it’ when the tape was shot and did not know what was happening. Salomon sued her for defamation and Paris countersued over the release of the video.

Hunter Daily Salomon, 21, said on Saturday she was deeply concerned about the mental health of her former boyfriend.

'It can be scary,' she said, when asked whether she was afraid Conrad might try and come after her again. 'Because I don't think he's well in the head right now, so I don't know what a person can do when they are not mentally there.

'If he was mentally there, it would be OK but I don't know where he is at in his head.'

Hunter took out the restraining order against Conrad in May 2015 after they split; he allegedly tried to break into her house a month after that as well.

E.G. Daily said trouble with the law is just what Hilton does not need right now. 'Jail is not for people with something going on in their head... It's not for somebody who needs help.'

She also revealed that she's been in touch with Conrad's parents, Rick and Cathy Hilton, and her main goal is everyone's safety.

Last June the troubled hotel heir was sentenced to two months in prison for violating the conditions of his parole.

He admitted that he had used drugs repeatedly while on probation, Us Weekly reported at the time. He wept in court as the sentence was read out.

'The underlying allegations that he admitted as being true concerned repeated drug use while on probation, including marijuana, synthetic cannabiniods and cocaine as well,' U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Schwab told the magazine.

He was freed from prison on August 1, last year.

In August of 2014, Conrad was arrested following an incident aboard an international flight during which he hurled profanities and made threats against fellow passengers.

'I am going to f***ing kill you!...I will f***ing own anyone on this flight... they are f***ing peasants,' Conrad shouted, according to court documents obtained by People.

During the flight Hilton also was accused of smoking marijuana in the bathroom. He became so erratic the flight crew had to restrain him to his seat after he had passed out.

Hilton pleaded guilty and at the sentencing received three years of probation, 750 hours of community service, and was ordered to participate in an outpatient substance abuse program including drug testing, and mandatory mental health evaluations.

He was again arrested in June 2015 on suspicion of violating a restraining order obtained by Hunter.
