In order to understand more about the book, it’s best to look into who the author of the book is. Knowing more about the author will give you a greater insight into the book as a whole.

A Little Bit About Suzanne McQueen

Suzanne McQueen was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1957. She was raised in Orange County, California. After living for eight years in the serenely beautiful place of Big Sur, California, Suzanne moved to Ashland, Oregon in 1988. According to Suzanne, living in a community that offers aesthetic beauty – and is gorgeous to boot – helps nurture her mind, heart and soul.

Suzanne is a career entrepreneur. She built one of the largest day spas in Ashland in 1996 called The Phoenix Day Retreat and Lifestyle Center. It was the first full service day spa of its kind in Southern Oregon. She sold is as a profitable, turn-key operation in 2003.

Before founding The Phoenix Day Retreat and Lifestyle Center, she owned two salons. She sold one and added on to the other in order to create The Phoenix Day Retreat and Lifestyle Center.

Suzanne was also a small business consultant for Suzanne McQueen Consulting. She specialized in the business vision and the client experience. She still does a little bit of consulting because it’s in her blood and she can’t say no when someone asks for help.

She also co-founded a private facial licensing school, Oregon Institute of Aesthetics. According to Suzanne, she didn’t need another business, but she just needed one to find well-trained aestheticians who she can hire at her day spa. So, she co-founded this institution, turned it around, then sold her part. According to Suzanne, she still does guest lectures at the Oregon Institute of Aesthetics.

In her earlier years, Suzanne was a hairdresser. While being in this kind of work, she really came to appreciate the stories that her clients would share with her. This enlightened her to further examine the intimate and rhythmic challenges of her gender.

Suzanne has three grown kids, and is also a hula dancer. She has a passion for teaching girls and women individually or in groups. She teaches all these females about their personal vision and gifts, relationships and business skills. Suzanne also teaches girls and women why they should know themselves a whole lot better, what they deserve and how they should change the world for the better.

From July 2003 up to this day, Suzanne has been involved with 4seasons4weeks.com. According to her, she really enjoys facilitating women’s talking circles and honoring ceremonies. Not only that, she also enjoys creating workshops. She said she loves participating in panel discussions and radio interviews.

Through her conversations with clients working as a hairdresser, Suzanne had a deeper understanding of the varied and intimate challenges of women. She went on a personal journey and emerged with an awakening that revealed the secrets of the feminine rhythm. This experience introduced her to the ancient code found within women, as well as the symbolism of their daily experiences.

Rather than keeping what she discovered to herself, Suzanne decided to put this all in a book. And this turned out to be 4seasons 4weeks. According to Suzanne, she never expected she would be promoting the virtues of the female cycle as a way to attain equality, well-being and enlightenment.

In 4seasons 4weeks, Suzanne reveals a hidden map that women can follow to lead to the long-forgotten teachings of core female power and wisdom.

About 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks

4seasons 4weeksLearning all about the life of Suzanne McQueen gives you a clear understanding of how she was able to come up with a topic for her book, 4seasons 4weeks. She was clearly inspired by the stories fellow women have been telling her during her work as a hairdresser, and from that she underwent a journey and shares her experiences in her new book.

In the book, readers are guided through a symbolic journey of the female hormonal experience using the sun seasons, moon phases and archetypes. Through the journey, readers will be able to uncover a logical and predictable blueprint that is very easy to understand – by anybody, in fact.

In 4seasons 4weeks, Suzanne breaks down the approximate 28 days of the monthly cycle into 4 guided weeks. Through this guide, women can see how they can prepare for the next.

In her book, Suzanne details that by tapping into the primordial compass found within women, as well as forgotten ancient wisdom, females can have the power to find “home” in their rhythmic essence. She can navigate her physical energy, well-rounded viewpoint and sexuality.

Throughout the book, Suzanne demonstrates to her readers that by simply understanding the unique feminine rhythm, women can achieve peak performance across all aspects of life, be it in business or athletics. The book teaches how a woman can better her decision making as well as enhance sexual pleasure.

According to Suzanne, when men understand the content of her book, they will no longer be mystified or be left guessing as to when they can initiate sex or any other form of communication. Although her book is about the female cycle, the book actually isn’t targeted for a female audience only. In fact, men can consume the content of the book and learn a thing or two that helps them better understand the opposite sex.

In the book, Suzanne provides a brief overviews about a whole lot of topics, including women’s history, global healing, sacred geometry/universal rhythms and female sexuality. The content of the book will give the reader a richer appreciation for the four weekly seasons.

What makes the book great is that it is written in a language that is very much understandable. Not just the words, but the images as well. Through this book, readers will be able to look phenomenal and feel great on a consistent basis, make decisions and connect at optimal times, enjoy the varied rhythm of sexuality, feel understood by a partner, access your innate wisdom. Furthermore, the book also allows readers to realize pleasure, happiness and confidence.
