Starting from Broken Kindle Edition
Happiness is just within her reach when tragedy strikes, ripping everything away, leaving Liz so hopeless and desperate that she attempts the unthinkable….
Braxton Wright cares only for three things: his bars, making money, and his mother. He doesn’t do relationships, stays far away from girls that need anything other than one night. Meeting Liz leaves him conflicted; wanting to know her, to keep her, but scared she will crack the foundation he’s sacrificed so much to build.
As Liz learns to live again, Braxton’s life shatters, leaving him in a million pieces.
Could love be enough to bind two broken people, or will the world succeed in tearing them apart…

About the author

F.T. Zele lives in Southern California with her Husband and 3 Sons. I am taking my passion for books and making it reality with writing, bringing these voices to life. Loves interacting with others talking about great Books and Book Boyfriends. I'm a sucker for HEA, and love Dark, Gritty, Angsty love stories. I have a weakness for Sour Patch Kids and have inappropriate fun when I'm having my wine at night tweeting my thoughts. I also like to make up words. The best word to describe me is Winetastic!

Liz goes through so much than anyone should go through and truly starts from broken trying to rebuild her life again. When she finally has her life somewhat together Braxton comes into the picture. They both have their own problems and are set in their ways but cant help the intense need for one another. The story of Liz and Braxton is just so incredible, sexy, heated and inspiring.
It was very easy for me to connect and understand the characters which made it so hard for me to put this book down. I would tell myself just one more chapter then bed but I just couldn't stop and before I knew it, it was 2am. I was so impressed at how Ms. Zele kept me wanting more at the end of each chapter. That is what I call a good book, no a GREAT book! Dont take my word for it though read it for yourself, you will not regret it! Definitely a must read and I would for sure recommend this to everyone...

I went into this book blind. I did not pay much attention to the synopsis because I just wanted to see what story the author could write. With that being said, I am impressed. From the very start of the book Ms. Zele had me hooked. The reality of this story is spot on.
Liz has gone through something that people should not have to deal with but that is just life. If it were not for her friend Sophie, she would have never made it through. After two years of just existing she meets Braxton (juicy name, I know). Now this is where things just heat up. Braxton being the sexy complicated man that he is a total jerk. But I loved him, I know I am twisted. He has his reasons and they are justified, he is doing what he needs to do to protect himself.
I enjoyed watching Liz become a strong woman after all her heartache. She learned how to face her past and stand up for herself when Braxton reverted back to his dark place. No matter what the out come of the book was going to be I knew that Liz would be just fine.
I am reminded of a couple of lessons that we have been taught one time or more. Never just assume that you can figure out someone, just because you think it does not mean it is true. Assumptions are not what they seem and Braxton learns this lesson.
Overall this book was very good. I was impressed with the characters and the honesty that they gave one another. I was afraid that Braxton and Liz both were going to continue to not share each others story, but when they did it was the right time. When you start from broken, the only way out it to put yourself back together and start over.
