Man, has is been almost a year since I last posted? That is rediculous. How quickly time passes...
Ever since I moved to this hole in a mountain, regularly obtaining comics has been a huge issue. The closest store was an hour and a half away. I was reluctant to start a box because I didn't know how often I'd want to drive an hour and a half to pick up comics. Therefore my buying experiences have been limited to whatever new items was in stock when I went to the shop, searching back issues, and eBay.
Until a month ago.
I recently found out that a computer repair shop in town had taken on selling comics. A dream come true. I got on board about the time that Superior Spider-Man #2 came out (I completely missed #1 and the last few comics of Amazing) and have since been all in for Age of Ultron (regardless of how slow it's started out, I see you haters out there, hating :), lol).
There have been a decent amount of back issues of Amazing that I have been able to pick up fairly cheap, as well. I'm so glad to have a place within reasonable driving distance to pick up comics, for it has been a LONG time since I could (think 2005, college days).
So kudos to you TechEast for going out on a limb and allowing me to enjoy collecting again :)
