What's For Pud?

See original announcement posts for this historic event at Becks & Posh and at Jam Faced. These are just the boring rules...

Entry Guidelines:

1) Make an English dessert, pudding, biscuits or sweets. Note: English not British. No Irish, Scottish or Welsh delicacies today, thank you.

2) Post about it on your blog on April 23rd, 2006. Which is a Sunday. And which is actually England's "St George's Day".

3) Preferably include a photograph of your masterpiece. If you want to do any research and find out a little bit about the history of you dessert, then that information will be welcomed, but is by no means obligatory. Do whatever is fun for you. And make it DELICIOUS! We don't want to propogate any further bad opinions about English food, do we now?

4) If you would like to use the what's for pud? logo, you have our full permission to use it for this event only, please download it onto your own server.

5) Tags we will be using are What's For Pud and St George's Day. If you would like to tag your post in line with everyone else's tags, here is the code for the aforementioned tags which you can include at the bottom of your post:

6) Email your entry off to the organisers, Sam Breach of Becks & Posh or Monkey Gland of Jam Faced, if you would like for it to be included in their roundups. There are special, dedicated emails for this event, so please keep reading.

Monkey Gland will be rounding up the girls' entries, so ladies please email him your entry details to puddy.girls@gmail.com

**IMPORTANT** - Include the following information in your email. If this info is not included, we might not be able to include you in the roundup.

- The Name of Your Dessert
- The Permalink url of your What's for Pud post
- Your name, or handle
- Your Blog's Name
- Your Blog's front page url

Please be patient whilst we prepare the roundups - the number of entries will dictate how long the round up will take. We will not have time to answer individual emails as we recieve them, but rest assured, that we will be working on it.
