This morning I wrote a blog post asking Wealthy Affiliate members if they would be interested in creating their own images just like the one above. (check out that blog post here). Also don't forget to check out the free images I have shared with WA right here.

In about 12 hours over 50 people replied they would be interested in such tutorial - so I decided to go ahead and create it. It took me about 5 hours to create this training but I am proud of it and I hope I didn't leave out any important details.

If something is unclear in this tutorial, please don't hesitating asking a questions, the goal of this tutorial is to get you making your own images.

To follow this tutorial you will need 2 things; a camera and a computer. These are the most important items, everything else could be found around your house (most likely). I had everything needed laying around :)

A suggestion before we start. Try to carry your camera with you as often as possible and stay alert for photo opportunities; a flower, a bus, an old garage door, a funny tree, a broken shopping cart - try to take nice photos of things - they might come in handy :)

Are you ready? Let the tutorial begin!

p.s. Make sure to go through ALL 7 pages of the tutorial ;)

Thanks Alex - great tutorial! And I appreciate the tip on using GIMP. I used to use a shareware image editor several years ago but have not been able to find it. It looks like GIMP will do the trick. Thanks again for all the effort you put into this!

Also, if you have a picture program (photoshop/corel or something like it) then add a transparent layer to your images with your domain name in just text over them, mark them as yours.

That's a good idea. I will try to see how to do it with GIMP and I will add it to this training. Thanks for the suggestion ;)

No problemo, I was pretty happy when I figured that one out, I tell ya!
Additionally, I put the "Hover Pin It" button plugin on my site that has the most images so those who choose to Pin my images have no choice but to promote my domain name. ;)

I just added the page about Watermarks to this tutorial.
And WOW what an idea about Pinterest :) Do you remember how the plugin is called?

Yes, it's called "Hover Pin-It" Just search it in your dashboard, it'll come up.
