We'll do our best to match things up so people don't get minions they already have. Minions will be distributed via moogle mail after that.)

A fun-filled social event with ingame cosplay, costumes, games, parades, cool ingame prizes, and a chance to get to know other FC's and Linkshells on our server!

Have you been looking for people to participate in specific content with? Been looking for people interested in Role play, or any other interest? Interested in joining up with other active players? Wanting to help out other players? Here will be an amazing chance to get to know our servers FC's and Linkshells. Make connections and get to know each other! Introduce yourself and your group to the server during this fun-filled event! We would love to see as many FC's and LS's represented here as possible!

Planned Events currently include:

* Colorful Costume & Mount Parade through the zone (bring your vanity / cosplay costumes and favorite mount, and participate in the parade! (see route below) (Grand Marshall - Nib Nae)

* Scavenger Hunt! - Find a hidden DW member somewhere in the zone and get a Minion Raffle ticket item and an extra random surprise! When they run out of supplies, we will announce that the Scavenger Hunt Portion of the Carnival is over. These members can be hidden anywhere in Eastern La Noscea on either side of the map.

* Ice Breaker Speak to the designated DW member located near Wineport's Aetheryte while in a party with members from all totally different FC's to get a Minion Raffle ticket item! You will need someone in your group to be able to cast "protect" in front of the DW member in order to quickly prove who is in your party.

* Minion Raffle Entry Those that have obtained a Minion Raffle ticket item will equip the signed ticket item and go show the designated DW Member located Near the Costa del Sol Aetheryte. They will send the designated DW member a /tell asking to be entered to win. The DW Member will /check the player, and if they have the signed ticket item equipped, the DW member will send the player a friend request. (This is so we can mail items to the winners later after the announcement if needed)

Entered Names will only be listed once in the drawing, so if you end up with more than one ticket item from participating in multiple events, know that it won't get you a second entry. You are free to give it back or.... well... spread the love! Entries to the Raffle will only be accepted during the event.

Time/Date: TBA (but sometime not long after the second session has concluded)

* Petting zoo - show off your favorite minions! Be sure to have them out whenever you can for others to see!

* Zombie Tag! - Your team has been changed into zombies!! If you are "It" your duty is to catch them and "cure" them.. however be warned.. All Saint's Wake's aura is very strong and entices you to want to return to the darkside in Zombie form! If you tag them, you will be reinfected and changed back into a Zombie.....and they will become "It" and desire to "heal" your party members.
(Suggestion - Make it fun, wear Halloween Event Costumes for this!)
How to play:
- Group up with other Zombie Tag participants (make sure to mingle! Invite people you don't know!
- All participants will be in "walk" mode for this and will be limited to stay in a small specified area.
- All participants need access to either cover or cure or physick (cover preferred as its visible, but can go as a class, and cross class a healing skill instead if needed)
- Mark whoever is "It" with a team sign. That player needs to remain marked until someone else is tagged, and then that member needs to be marked. That player
- Get into position! Spread your group in a large circle inside the designated area (try and be outside of casting range)
- Be a good sport!

* Final Fantasy Trivia Contest Gather on the decks in Costa and be asked Final Fantasy Trivia. The person at the end of the session will win a chance to have their character drawn in chibi form by Masamune's own Niqote! ]

Parade Route:

I think this works out to be around 6-7am on Sunday morning here is Aus. Sorry to say but that is too early on my sleep in day for me to attend

Just a bump to remind people this is going on this coming weekend!

I'll actually talk to the FC members tonight helping to host this, and maybe we'll reschedule it and have it become a two session event to make it easier for different Timezones to join in. We could schedule a session on (NA) Saturday at a AUS/NA friendly time, and another session (NA) Sunday for a EU/NA friendly time. Let me know what you think!

In the future - depending on interest, we could do them a couple times a year. Maybe right before big patches when people are wanting to plan for new content
