If you are interested in learning how to best run your business, you should attend a workshop we are conducting using the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) Money Smart for Small Business curriculum modules. During this session, representatives from DCRA’s Corporations Division will assist individuals with a better understanding the Organization Types and Tax Planning and Reporting for small businesses.
Predict their businesses’ federal, state and local tax liabilities.
Prepare for tax obligations and establish proper accounts.
Obtain the proper licenses for their business and meet reporting requirements.
Workshop
After completing this module, the participants will become familiar with the common types of business formations, including:
- Sole Proprietorship
- Partnership
- Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- S-corporation
- C-corporation
