The case against a Great Falls man alleging he deleted a company website after being terminated in November of 2015 has been dropped.

Forrest Max Bouge, 32, was charged with unlawful use of a computer and criminal mischief, both felonies, but those charged were dismissed without prejudice upon further investigation. That court order was filed in late December.

Bouge has since filed a civil lawsuit against his former employer, Healthy Claims LLC, a medical billing and accounts management company in Great Falls, and its co-owner Mary Black.

According to court records, Bouge had been promoted from an IT position to an equity shareholder in the company, which according to documents, was dismantled and reorganized into a new company by Black and her husband.
