About the award
Extended deadline for entries is midday (BST) on Wednesday, 30 May 2012.

The Award's overall purpose is to celebrate and reward excellent practice and outstanding achievement in the learning technology field. The award is open to individuals and teams based anywhere in the UK.

The award will be judged by a panel chaired by Gilly Salmon, President of ALT. The panel is:

-    Eddie Erasmus - representing last year's team winner (In-Folio Implementation Team based on JISC Techdis, The Rix Centre, St Piers College, Young Epilepsy, Portland College and National Star College, UK.);
-    John McLaughlin - Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, where responsible for policy on Learning Technologies and other uses of ICT in further and higher education;
-    Oliver Quinlan - one of last year's individual winners (from Robin Hood Primary School, South Birmingham, UK, but now Lecturer in Education at Plymouth University.);
-    Clive Shepherd – Since 1997 he has operated as an independent consultant for UK and international public, private and third sector organisations. He was recognised for his Outstanding Contribution to the Training Industry at the World of Learning Conference in 2004 and for four years was Chairman of the eLearning Network.
How to enter

2. Complete all sections of the template, taking careful account of the stated word limits and any other requirements.
3. Save the template locally, including your full name (or the name of your team) in the file name.
4. Once you have completed the template you will need to copy and paste each section of your entry into the fields provided in this form. You will also be asked to enter the filename of your completed entry template. [We ask for this as a back-up, in case for any reason some aspect of the form submission process fails.]
