Oh! Okay great. I didn't see that part, I just saw a part in the interview where he stated it didn't make sense that someone would change race overnight so the "race, name, and gender" would "stay the same". Thanks for showing me this though!

Yeah he doesn't seem to be a big fan of the whole WoW/Other MMO style pay-to-change race/gender whenever you want system but we will be getting a 1 time only free race/gender change @ 2.0 for the new engine/story.

Regarding behest with smaller groups, we have eased a bit in 1.19 but we will make some more adjustments in 1.20 to the mob parameters for the ones that attacks in group so it should be easier to complete than what it is now.

If only they new how much money Blizzard make from these kind of things, I wouldn't be surprised to see it come as a paid service later down the road.
