Testing out the escape exit were we?  Stop using the exaggerated excuse of racial predjudice.  It's getting old and tired. 

Maybe it's not you they're after.  Did you ever stop to think that maybe the management is trying to catch an unscrupulous clerk who is letting their friends through without paying?  Alternatively, how many times have you gone through the checkout and forgotten to pay for an item on the bottom of the cart, or something you're holding in your hand? I once left a pet store with a dog leash around my wrist :-)  I was comparing a few them, selected the one I wanted and headed for the checkout without even thinking about the one still around my wrist. I actually made it to the car without anyone knowing. I returned to the store and explained what I did, and, fortunately, no one busted me out for accidently "stealing" the leash.  It happens.

Stacy and dan think I shouldn't have any opinion .   I don't know what their problem Is.

Another thing dan I don't care how upset you are or anyone else. Because I don't let people mental or verbal abuse me.   They still don't get they can treat people anyway they feel like.

Ken Is something isn't he thinks he has the right to put people down and demean them then he threatens them not to post complaints or they will be ridculed I don't think so he Is just a cold hearted a*****e.  People don't need to pay him any attention.

There Is a "Nicer" way to address people when they are wrong.  There Is no need to be a hateful abusive a*****e.  That Is why we have such problems In today society,  because of a*holes like ken.

BTW, if my comments, according to other posters, shouldn't appear on Ripoff Report, then the OP's should stop posting here, leaving themselves exposed to justifiable criticism.  I call 'em like I see 'em and other readers are free to form their own opinions.

I'm a firm believer that we pretty much determine our own outcomes in life and work to make mine and the ones around me a positive experience....I think it's been a pretty successful life plan.  Somehow, I think some of the posters here would disagree....:)

Lastly, the name callers on Ripoff Report are rank amateurs compared to some other forums.

you (and anyone else) doing this will get stopped and checked.  If you absolutely MUST use this means of leaving, be prepared to show your receipt.  The employees and the manager were right....they did what they really need to do.

I failed to see this part of your Ripoff Report when I first filed a rebuttal.  Yesterday at Home Depot, I was heading for the check outs when customer service said they weren't busy and could check me out.  After they did, I went out through the self-service checkouts and produced my receipt for the attendant there...of course if I'd been black, I'd probably have been held at gunpoint and frisked, receipt or not....see how stupid this all sounds?

I haven't changed my thoughts on my original rebuttal, you have a chip on your shoulder and are just looking for a cause.....grow up.

You sound like someone walking around with a huge chip on their shoulder.  NO company, Walmart included, operates like this.  They would be in serious legal trouble.  I don't know what your true agenda is, but I call you a LIAR!!  BTW, I don't own any Walmart stock, haven't and don't work for them, 

Anytime you walk around expecting to be mis-treated, you tend to make it happen, at least in your view.
