Rose review avatarRose’s Quote:

Tatiana, I love you. Do you hear me? I love you like I’ve never loved anyone in my whole life. Now, get up. For me, Tatia. For me, please get up and go take care of your sister. Go on. And I’ll take care of you.”

Alexander to Tatiana

(The Bronze Horseman by: Paullina Simons)

I just read this book again and loved it. There are so many awesome quote, be prepared to possibly see several more of Alexander to Tatiana quotes to come. This book has soooo many feels it is gut wrenching.  The significance of this scene is that this is the first time Alexander has openly told Tatiana that he loves her. She is weak from starving and is unable to get u from lying down on a sledge is he pulling her on. He tells her this to get her to get up.

This isn’t a book you can just pick up. It takes dedication and commitment to read this beast 🙂

Well, Alexander himself would be cause enough for me to get up, but add in those words and yep! sigh…and sigh again….

This is one of Rose’s favorites. I thought it was pretty good, but I did have my complaints lol. I always do lately.

I love this book… and yes, Julie complains about how long and dreary this book is, but hey, it’s Russian. Heck, JULIE is Russian, she should expect this book to be massive and sad…
