ExtSD card (writing)Fix - Kitkat

It's known that new kitkat base have permission issue using Ext SD card writing. Though most of custom ROM may have already fixed in ROM but here posting so stock ROM user can use it without using CWM.

- Needs Rooted device

In which condition it is helpful?
-When you are not able to write on ExtSD card
-Fail to copy to ExtSD
-If you keeping backup on titanium and you getting message 'no enough space' while making backup with titanium
or any msg suggestive of fail in writing on ExtSD

PS : If you are not able to read ExtSD card contents, that's different issue and can't solve by this. Search Dr.Ketan Utility for that

How to Use
- Download and Install ExtSD Fix
-Click app icon from app drawer
-Grant SuperSu permission
-When you get msg 'ExtSD fixed applied' reboot device
-Done. You can uninstall app now.

I downloaded the zip file to my pc and unzipped it with WinZip but cannot find any app to sideload to my S4. Please advise how to use your zip file for a noob. Thanks.

The file you're downloading is an APK file, not a ZIP file. Install it directly on your phone without unzipping.

RAW sd card

Helllo guys.I am facing an issue regarding my sd card which it might be irrelevant with this thread but i need help:crying:
My sd suddenly appears to be useless!While it was working flawlessly suddenly a message appeared saying:"blank card or non recognisable".
I have searched and tried all the solutions suggested in various sites but not luck at all!My pc recognises it as :RAW card".
Any help?I have so many photos stored in this card:crying:

You are lucky at least its ext sd otherwise its difficult to get list files from int sd.
Still chances are there you may get image back though card cant revive. Try some good sw for image recovery i had same and retrive all images but couldnt get card working.

Unfortunately not working.

Rooted z1 c, 4.4.2:

SU granted, ran fix, got confirmation, restarted, no success. Tried twice. Sad.

Wonder why my phone is so stubborn? I do need the SD.

I would like to have my card back but if it is impossible i at least need my precious photos!Do you have any specific way to suggest?I have tried Recuva,icare and all the relative softwares but i wasn't able to recover not a single pic from my RAW sd!

This one doesnt requires cwm. Its just simple apk so user who are just stock rooted this one is best choice.

It didn't work:crying:Whereas my sd is 32GB capacity it appears to be only 30,6MB!!!
The programm scans my sd(F

but the result is:no data found!!It seems that i permanently lost my pictures
