King County medical investigators are investigating the death as a homicide.
The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man found dead Wednesday inside a stolen car in SeaTac as 28-year-old Jesse Dacanay.
According to medical investigators, Dacanay died of gunshot wounds. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
A deputy checking license plates at a South 188th Street apartment complex discovered Dacanay’s body slumped inside a parked car, the King County Sheriff’s Office said.
The car was reported stolen in Seattle late last week, according to the office. How long Dacanay was inside the car remains unclear, although the medical examiner’s office estimated that he died Monday.
