Chocolate Decadence
This rich and indulgent chocolate dessert is sure to satisfy the craziest of chocoholics.

I agree. I calculated it at about 250 calories.
This was so decadent and rich! This is a great way to get that chocolate craving satisfied without going crazy on calories! The only change I would made next time is to dust the ramekin with flour instead of sugar. The sugar made the cake a little crunchy and chewy on the edges and I prefer a softer edge. Other than that, this was superb. I added a dollop of Cool Whip Free to help cut the richness and it was delish! Definitely will be added to my menus when I need that chocolate fix!
Ii use gluten-free flour mixture with this recipe and it is fantastic! I also used small muffin tins in place of ramekins.
This is a fantastic dessert. Very easy to make. I added some peanut butter chips as well. Great to serve to guests with ice cream
Absolutely amazing and super easy.
This is one of the BEST dessert recipes around. I always have the ingredients on hand and they are so easy to put together. I make this more than any other dessert recipe, mostly on Saturday nights home after a nice dinner. I just use a muffin pan instead of individual ramekins, and I usually double it to give us 8. My family and I eat them with vanilla frozen yogurt. The warm, gooey sweet dessert goes great with a cool creamy frozen yogurt or ice cream. A couple of years ago, we went Gluten Free, so now I just substitute a GF flour and the recipe still works great!
Wow! This was great. Quick and easy to make and tasted delish. Will definitely make again!
Moist and gooey. What's not to love?! These are super good and easy to make!
absolutely delicious! made this for valentine's day and will definitely keep this recipe for the future. followed the recipe (but plated in two larger ramekins instead of 4 small ones). This was so easy to make!
I made these last night, they came out very chewy :( I am not sure if the temperature of the oven was too high since it varies from one oven to another..
I think the calorie count is incorrect. It should be between 230 and 250.
I have made these several times and they always come out superb! They are fast, easy, and truly live up to their name (DECADENT!!) I top them with a touch of orange zest and a dollop of whipped cream for a nice finish. These are definitely worthy of a special occasion. Highly recommended!
I used lactose milk and didn't have ramekins so put in a square 8" glass dish prepared the same way. Very good, husband didn't think it was too chocolatey. A definite repeat.
Excellent. I used fat free milk (11 grams of fat is still a lot) and they came out very very well. Leftovers warm up well too. Enjoy!
So delicious. It's a small dessert but so rich not many could eat a larger one. I had no problem removing from my ramekins. I added chocolate ice cream topping, whipped cream and chopped pecans on top. Would be good also with a maraschino cherry on top of that but I didn't have any on hand. Simple to make. Grandson said "it's a keeper" and I'll definitely make it again.
This is a winner! It was exactly what the name suggests. Rich and dark with a warm, gooey center. My oven always takes longer for cakes/desserts to cook but this time it seems I over baked the cake slightly with the 20 minutes detailed in the recipe. But still absolutely delicious. Perfect for a nice, fancy meal or a simple family dessert.
Add a scoop of ice cream on top of these and they are simply awesome!
This is so simple, fast, and delicious. It's perfect for a quick weeknight treat when you need something sweet. The best part is that the ingredients are super simple pantry staples - we always have the ingredients around. And don't worry if you don't have 2 oz ramekins - I made these in much larger ramekins, and they tasted fantastic, they were just a bit wider and less-high than they'd be in smaller ramekins.
So delicious! My husband and I loved it! I had it with a scoop of light vanilla ice cream and a couple rasberries will def make again!
This was rich and delicious. Because of the number of reviews talking about difficulty getting it out of the ramekin, I didn't even try and just served it from the ramekin. I also used spicy Mexican chocolate for the middle because that's what I had and it added a wonderful kick. Will definitely make this again.
Made this for Valentine's Day for my chocolate loving husband. It is wonderful and so easy to make. Rich chocolate taste that melts in your mouth. It is made from ingredients that are always in my pantry. TRY IT, YOU WILL LOVE IT.
We have made this many times since discovering it in Cooking Light. It is very rich and indulgent. We like to serve it with a small scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream. If you love rich, chocolaty desserts, this is the one for you. Great for entertaining too!
