Dear Students of Faculty of Science,

We are a group of 4 NUS students from ES2007S embarking on a project on awareness of fire evacuation plans.

In light of past fire accidents and considering the propagative nature of fire, our group is interested in increasing the awareness of staff and students on the fire evacuation safety plans in the premises of FoS.

The onus of safety lies with everyone. Hence through this survey, we aim to solicit your opinion on the effectiveness of the current dissemination methods on fire evacuation plans, the feasibility of possible new dissemination methods and new fire emergency evacuation solution proposed.

We would like to invite you to participate in this short survey which will take less than 15 minutes to complete.
