Sanctuary, a spa in London's Convent Garden, surveyed 100 women about their stress levels and found that more than 70 percent of them felt burnt out. In order to help younger women chill out and appreciate the more important things, the spa asked older women to share some of the times they most wished they could revisit. Their answers are so sweet it hurts.

This lovely mother would give anything "for an extra second of cuddling my babies before they were too big to hold."

This sweet woman would love nothing more than "five more minutes of dancing, while my legs were still strong enough to carry me."

The women continue to discuss the very real pressure of feeling like they had to always be a perfect mother, boss, or friend. The women don't seem burnt out or regretful — they're nostalgic and wistful, which almost hurts even more. It certainly makes for an effective video. If you need me, I'll be on the phone with my mom revisiting all my favorite childhood memories while deep-breathing and ~*living in the present.~*
