 RELIEF CARVING and ROTATIONAL PATTERN CARVING:

Relief Carving can be described as "carving pictures in wood". The process of relief carving involves removing wood from a flat panel which will make the picture pop-out. The focus of this workshop will be rotational pattern designs. In rotational pattern designs, you will learn to make geometric and symetrical patterns on paper and transferred on wood to have the relief carving effect.
