i loved this book so much its my favorite book in this serie so far:D i can't get enough of Gia and chad. i enjoyed Chad's POV of the story, i honestly thought he was dead the whole time, The only thing that I had problems with was how rushed the book seemed. The beginning and the middle were drawn out, the way that they should be, The last quarter of the book just felt hurried along but for the most part of the book I was reading literally non-stop.

Finally the next book in this amazing series.
It was suspensy, sexy, moving. Great!

I LOOOOVED the first book in this series Escaping Reality sooo much, that every book that follows just can't measure up to it. But that doesn't mean that books 2+3 were bad. Just not totally as amazing as the first one ☺

Now I can't wait to read the final book.

I'm not sure what I expected, but this wasn't it. Yes, I knew that Amy's brother, Chad, would be center stage for this book. I knew he would be on the run. And, I knew that there would be a love story. I guess I just wanted to see more of Amy and Liam. I kind of felt like I was reading a new series, or spin-off, versus another book in an ongoing series.

While reading this book I struggled to connect to the main characters. Chad and Gia were "okay", but I never really felt attached to either of them. Honestly, until the very end, I couldn't have cared less if they met their demise. That isn't good.

By the end of the story, I did have lukewarm feelings for Chad and Gia. Toward the end, their paths also cross with Amy and Liam again, so that helped grab my attention. After all, Amy's story is the one I'm really interested in finishing.

All things considered, I have to say that this was my least favorite of all the books released in this series, to this point. A great deal of background information was provided, which answered many lingering questions. However, I just never felt connected to the main characters. I give it 3 stars.

Well worth the wait. Though I'm not 100% sure there aren't some parts that meld completely, but then it's been a while since I read the first two so I could be wrong. Nevertheless - excellent read.

Addictive! Passionate! Thrilling! Emotional! I LOVED everything about this book! Who needs to read the synopsis when you have such an incredibly talented writer like Lisa Renee Jones. She blows me away EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If Lisa writes it, I'm reading it, no matter what.

Chad and Gia's interactions were absolutely combustible. No matter if it's seething anger towards one another, or an intense passion they can't deny, every emotion jumps off the page and entraps your heart.

Mystery, deception, and more secrets than you can count, FORSAKEN is a book you WILL NOT be able to put down for even a second. There will be no pause, no interruptions, no sleep. I guarantee if you pick this baby up, there is no going back. You mind, body, and soul will be hooked from the very first page.

Chad didn´t realize what accepting treasure hunting for his dad´s financial backer would cost, not just him, but his whole family. That simple yes brought so much misery to both him and his sister, but now six years later he´s finally close to his revenge. If he just can keep himself alive a little bit longer.
Saved from a tricky sitation Chad isn´t sure he can trust his savior, Gia is so far an unknown player, and Chad is not one to trust. Last time he did, he was sold out. Can they make it out alive, and together?
Contemporary Romance, action, suspense, emotions and smutty fluff in a fast paced read. Loved it!

I think this was my favorite book in the entire series. It was awesome finding out everything. All my questions were answered.

Foresaken had it all, suspense, mystery, smoking hotness, electrified sexual tension and a bunch of OMG moments. It became very hard for me to pick who I liked more, Chad or Liam, I still can't decide.

This installment is a must read in this series, you will not be disappointed.

I was granted a early ARC from the author for a honest review. Book 3 in this series. The story takes places from Amy's brother Chad point of view. Again Lisa does it again with you gasping and wanting more after its over. I don't think I got over 1 and 2 and you wont want to after 3 either. A must read

This is the third book in the Amy Bensen series (definitely not a standalone) and veers away from Amy’s story to feature her brother Chad. Up until the end of the last book, Amy (and the reader) thought that Chad died 6 years ago in the fire that killed her parents, but it turns out he is very much alive and has been the one orchestrating Amy’s protection from afar and working to keep her hidden from the men who killed their family and who are still on the hunt for the two of them.

Chad is a treasure-hunter and is the one who holds the secret behind all of the mystery. He knows what the bad guys want, he knows why his family was killed and he knows why he and Amy continue to be targets. So finally, we’re getting some answers!

The book is told entirely from Chad’s POV and begins with him being rescued from captivity and torture by the mysterious Gia. She promises to help him, asking nothing in return except for his protection, but who is she really?

I really liked Chad. He’s just a regular guy who has been thrown into hideous circumstances and has had to adapt to survive. He’s done things he never thought himself capable of and has become cynical and jaded, and distrustful of pretty much everybody he encounters. Gia is no exception.

The two of them go on the road together as Chad works to track down his sister, and despite all of the questions and doubt, there is an underlying tension between them and they are unable to resist their sizzling chemistry.

Wrapping my hand around her neck, I pull her to me, flattening her body against mine, bringing her mouth a breath away from the next kiss I've denied myself too long. "I don't care who's going to hate who later. I just want to fuck you."
She curls her fingers around my shirt. "Then stop talking and do it."
"You can't handle this part of me."
Her chin lifts defiantly. "Try me."

Chad and Gia together are on fire! Chad has some dominant tendencies, but nothing too extreme, and the sex soon leads to emotions that Chad is in no way prepared to deal with. He is a man with only two goals – protect his sister and get his revenge on the men who destroyed his world. He is constantly trying to figure out if those close to him are betraying him, and things become super complicated when he and Gia start to fall for each other, especially when he knows that she is keeping secrets from him.

I really enjoyed this read. It answers a lot of questions, and brings the action and mystery of the whole series to a head when Chad is finally reunited with Amy (and now Liam) and they work together to finish their nightmare once and for all. The character dynamics are great as all of the strong personalities clash (the Chad/Liam interactions are hilarious) and the whole thing moves at a great pace with lots of twists and turns and some great surprises.

With lots of action, drama, mystery excitement and a sexy romance, this book progresses the series nicely and is a really enjoyable read.

3.5 stars.

Note - I listened to this as an audiobook narrated by the brilliant Sebastian York and, as always, he did a great job with it. I highly recommend listening to this one.

Forsaken has been one of my most anticipated reads. I have been waiting patiently for two years for more answers and now everything finally comes together.

Forsaken is Chad’s story. Chad is Amy’s brother. The men who originally hired Chad to find the treasure, have taken him and want the treasure for themselves. When Gia finds out what plans the men have for Chad, she sets her own plan in motion to help him escape. Now the two of them are on the run. Motives will be questioned. Trust will be fleeting. This game of cat and mouse will leave you asking even more question than before…

I am not going to go into a lot of details, but I will tell you this: We finally, finally get some answers. We finally find out what happened and how Amy got sent into hiding. Chad had to risk so much to not only keep Amy safe and alive, but to also keep himself safe. And let me tell you, this story takes you on one thrilling ride.

I did have a few issues with the story. In the beginning, I did find it a little hard to follow. The writing transitions weren’t very smooth, making it hard to tell who was talking at times. My other issue was the ending. I felt like it was a bit rushed. The story hit it’s climax and then it was like boom, it’s over. Please don’t me wrong. I know there is a book 4 coming out soon and is supposed to be wrapping up the series as a whole. I just felt like something was missing. I guess I was expecting a little more closure with Chad’s part of the story since this is his book.

All that being said, I did really enjoy this book. It was fast paced and action packed. I was pulled into the story immediately and couldn’t wait to see what would happen next. There definitely was never a dull moment. I loved the twists. The twists kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat. There was also plenty of romance and steamy moments. Amy and Liam fans, do not fret. We do get spend plenty of time with them.

Everything has come full circle now. I still have some questions and am waiting in anticipation to get those answers. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the story will unfold and find out what’s in store for everyone next.

Forsaken is the 3rd installment in the "Secret Life of Amy Bensen" series and this installment has the focus of Caleb's book. Now this is Amy's Brother. Now I know with the first two books, and how most of Lisa Renee Jones books are written, its a bit of a shock not to have Liam or Amy but don't worry we definitely see them in the later half of the story. But i was happy that we received Caleb's book. His story was a bit different, but super intense and I guarantee that it will keep you on the edge of your seat all the way through. This definitely is a strong enemies to lovers. As there is quite a bit of mistrust. Caleb has practically been betrayed by everyone except for family, so his sister is the only one he knows he can trust fully. I really loved his character, and Gia was a fabulous heroine. She knew how best to work with Caleb on his suspicions. And slowly she and Caleb find a love together. But they have an enemy that wants to destroy them no matter the cost.

This book was a kick ass story and it really had me in my emotions and on the edge of my seat in how the plot was developed. I am curious to see how this book will be adapted by Passionflix.

4.5 stars...No Spoilers...

This is the third book in The Secret Life of Amy Bensen series, Chad's story. If you don't know who Chad is, start with book 1, Escaping Reality (you'll be glad you did)! I was anxious to see how I'd connect with new characters' POVs. I am so attached to Amy and Liam. I can honestly say that I love Chad and his story. It adds so much to the series and Amy and Liam show up too! Chad has a lot of issues, mainly trust and guilt. He's definitely a tortured soul, which stinks for him, but makes for such an exciting read! Sorry, Chad! He's like Amy...but he actually knows more about what's going on than Amy ever did, so his inability to trust is that much more warranted and believable. Ms. Jones really knows her suspense! I was hooked to her Inside Out series (again, if you don't know what I'm talking about, get your hands on If I Were You). And this series, while not as deep, is still suspenseful and hot. The fire between Chad and his woman burns blue! Forsaken starts off with a bang and never lets up! I was tense (in a good way) and as cliche as it is, on the edge of my seat the entire book. That's not an easy feat to accomplish in romantic suspense. I find that stories from this genre typically start big and lag off or vice versa. Not here! Ms. Jones set a fast pace and kept it there. It's a beautiful thing! My review is very vague because there is so much that happens and so many questions answered, that I won't spoil it for you! That being said, if you've loved the first two books, you must read this one as well. I can't wait to get Amy and Liam's final story in Unbroken, coming out just weeks after Forsaken!! Thank you, Ms. Jones, for continuing to keep me entertained. ARC kindly provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

WOW! We finally know all the secrets! Chad is one bad mofo. He lives by “trust no one” rule. Such a lonely life but it keeps him safe. The one woman he trusted, worked him over. Chad is Laura aka Amy’s older brother. She believed he died along with her parents in a house fire six years ago. Chad took precautions to keep Amy safe. She had to believe he was dead. The less she knew the better to keep her safe.
Chad is a treasure hunter, tasked to find a cylinder for Sheridan, a rich and powerful oil mogul and his son Rolland. The cylinder creates energy and makes it absolute. Making the owner the most powerful person on earth. Chad knows he cannot give it up. It should be used for the good of everyone, not greed, money or power.
Gia Hudson, supposed secretary of Sheridan is really a brilliant chemist.
Madison Cook is the inventor of the cylinder.
Cook was murdered for his invention and the only thing that can make a prototype even remotely close is his journal which is heavily encrypted. Sheridan believes Gia can figure out the codes and recreate a cylinder. Gia has no clue she is working for a monster until it’s too late.
She gets to Chad to help her by rescuing him from a warehouse where he is being held captive and tortured for information. But Chad trusts no one. Especially a sexy woman who claims to be Sheridan’s secretary.
Ohhh let the hunting being!!

There is just so much to say about this book. But I cannot give it all away. I absolutely love this series. It’s just so juicy. You cannot predict how it’ll end or turn, it just flows together brilliantly!

Forsaken is another heart pounding, edge of your seat installment of the The Secret Life of Amy Benson series. This time the focus is on Amy’s brother, Chad and Gia.

For six years, Chad has been on the run and in hiding. Doing his best to keep his sister, Amy, safe from the people who paid him to find dangerous treasure, Chad even went as far as faking his own and Amy’s deaths to try to keep Amy safe.

But time has run out, and the people he was hired by have found Chad. He’s been captured, imprisoned and tortured in an attempt to learn the treasure’s secret hiding place. Chad hasn’t broken, yet, nor will he because he’s rescued by Gia, his worst enemy’s secretary—or so she says.

As the story unfolds, secrets are revealed. Secrets such as what exactly this treasure is. Who is Gia? Is Amy truly safe? Can Chad trust anyone?

Forsaken is a perfect example of romantic suspense. The heat between Chad and Gia steams off the page. There are a ton of twists and turns throughout this book—as to be expected. And I’m not going to reveal anything! Catch up with this series—read it! I’ve made notes because I can’t wait for the story conclusion in the final book! ~ Missy, 5 stars

It was worth the wait. Outstanding work!!!! I'm still reeling. Bloody hell the plot was dynamite! The third novel in the Amy Benson series written from Chad's point of view. Forsaken is a passion-filled, tragic, enthralling, treasure seeking suspenseful romance all wrapped into one perfect story. What's the mystery and secrets behind the characters? What if the universe does intervene and we actually meet our soul mate under the oddest unimaginable circumstances? What if all you have is hope and when we least expect it and unexpected encountered leads us to the individual? I loved it. The characters development were great and always left you guessing.
Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this brilliant read.

HIGH OCTANE FIVE STARS!!!!!

I was given an ARC for an honest review. Forsaken continues where Infinite Possibilities ends. This book is written from the viewpoint of Amy Bensen's brother Chad. After six years apart, Amy believes that Chad was dead. The book starts out with Chad having been held captive and then him being rescued by Gia. The rest of the book continues with their story.

This is an amazing story. Lisa Renee Jones does a wonderful job giving us a well written story with great characters. I was pulled into the story from the beginning to the very last page. Forsaken was a roller coaster ride full of emotions, mystery, romance, and suspense. You don't want to miss out on this book! It is a must read. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series!

Chad has been on the run forever. The last thing he expected to do was fall in love.

Chad may have made some bad decisions, but he's paying the consequences now. The one thing he has left is his sister Amy. He will do whatever it takes to keep her safe.

Forsaken is the third book in this series and is necessary for this series to be read in order. In Forsaken we can finally find out what happened and why Amy was on the run, when we officially meet Chad. Chad's the key to everything for Amy to finally have her HEA.

After finally getting caught, he vows to trust no one. As he's living the once burnt philosophy. Gia thought she was doing work for the greater good, but a harsh dose of reality sets her running and turning to a man who doesn't want her help.

"You think I'm a smartass? Well, fuck me. I was shooting for asshole, not smartass. I'll try harder. And I don't keep friends around to stab me in the back. Or prisoners, for that matter."

Chad and Gia are thrown together and don't know how to trust one another but quickly find that they need each other.

"We are the sum of everything we've been and will be,"

As both are on the run, Chad is still trying to figure out who to trust but he can't stay away from Gia. After finally finding Amy, he quickly learns that she comes as a package deal. He desperately wants to take her and run but he also wants Amy to have happiness, since he stole it from her.

With the help of Liam and Amy, Gia and Chad try to take matters back into their own hands and do what is right for everyone involved. Even though they didn't plan on it, but with these two, two wrongs did make a right.

"I love you too. Asshole."

Do I adore Lisa Renee Jones? Yes. Love her, as she has such a gift a heart, suspense and steam. Do I like this series? Very much. I can't wait for Unbroken, where we hopefully get to see Amy and Liam's very deserving HEA. Did this book keep me riveted? Yes, as I couldn't wait to find all the missing pieces that Chad held dear and near. Did I love Chad and Gia? Yes, but Amy and Liam holder a bigger piece of my heart within this series.

He’s the cause of everything that transpired…

This is the third book in the series and should not be read out of series order.

We’ve learned Amy’s side of the story but there was so much missing that she couldn’t learn for the answers reside with her brother Chad, whom she thought to have died in the fire with her parents six years ago. As did Amy, Chad escaped the inferno of their family home to watch over his sister unknown to her from a distance. Now we hear the brother’s side of the story and it’s an intriguing tale of betrayals, hard lessons, healing, redemption and vengeance. Can a man devastated by the consequences of his actions find some semblance of absolution?

Our anti-hero made many mistakes, letting the adrenaline rush of the hunt and the money obtained lead him down a dark path that began with his association with The Underground, a group of treasure seekers. The cost of his last hunt was too high, the blood of those that he loved. He’s remained hidden for six years protecting the one person that has meaning to him, tormented by the loss that they share, until he’s caught by those who hired him and tortured for the location of the treasure that they think he has. Expecting to die at any moment the tables are turned when a beautiful brunette sets him free. Can he trust this woman or is she another attempt by his enemies to break him? There’s something about this vulnerable blue-eyed savior who calls to parts of him that he thought long dead, that he can’t afford to let loose, emotions that are a distraction to their survival. And there’s more to this woman than she lets on, her truths to be uncovered. He’s not the only one with secrets, will hers destroy them both?

I love this series. This story is told in Chad’s point of view, it’s fast paced action and suspense with the deep emotions of two souls with heartbreaking histories and unexpected plot twists that keep the reader guessing. The words were seductive, the sex scenes nice and steamy. The protagonists are multifaceted, compelling characters that you easily become invested in. We obtain answers to the mystery laid out in the first two books with a satisfying ending. I’m so looking forward to the final resolution of things in the next book, Unbroken.

Both Escaping Reality and Infinite Possibilities had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't wait to get to this book. However, I had wondered how the rest of the story would play out with switching characters. I applaud Lisa for this book. While it wasn't as edge-of-your-seat like the first two, it answered so many questions... Well, pretty much every question you could have had does get answered in this book.

Every character in this series plays an important role in Amy's life in one way or another. Chad and Gia are no different. Things are not as they seem. It's hard to tell the good guy from the bad guy. The hunt is on, and Chad is determined to save his sister and make it so she can have the life she deserves.

I wasn't a fan of Chad's character. Although noble in regards to his sister and her safety, I just couldn't get on board with him. I think Lisa tried too hard to make him into an "alpha". Not all books need to have so much testosterone. Really, they don't. I would have liked him better if he were somewhere in the middle. Not too sweet, but at the same time, less alpha qualities.

Gia is a mystery. No one can figure out how she plays a part in everything. She seems to be the missing link to everything. Her character is somewhat questionable at times. She is sneaky. She is a little shady. Overall, I did like her character though. She kept some of the balance in this book.

Overall, the book is good. Like I said before, it wasn't as heart pounding as the others. It was a good read, and I am glad that I got an ending to this story.

**A little truth that I feel I must add.**

So my truth... I am not exactly sure what the point to Unbroken is. I am curious to read it to find out. However, this book could be the end of the series. I am just crossing my fingers that this doesn't turn out to be like Inside Out Series. What I mean by that is, while I read the ENTIRE series (journals and all), I felt that series was drawn out waaaay too far. I was a little putoff my the continuation of the story. I really do hope that Unbroken really is the end to this series. Please don't take this as me being a jerk or anything, but this is me being as honest as I possibly can.

I had been expecting this book for two years and when I finally got it, I couldn't bring myself to read it. The two year delay got my buzz killed and I think that's the reason I couldn't fully connect to the story. Soon after I finished Infinite Possibilities I began to wonder when Chad's book was going to be released and I started following Lisa Renee Jones for more updates. The Inside Out series go most of the attention though, and I was left wondering what was going to happen with this series.

At the end of this book I saw that the final? book is the series in releasing in less than a month and it will be from Amy's point of view. That's good because Forsaken ended before Amy had the chance to answer to one of my questions about something she says to Gia. I wonder who and what will try to tear her and Liam apart, since the bad guys seemed to have lost. How can the nightmare not have ended? Anyway, I hope that we will see Gia and Chad in the next book.

Before I began this book, I did something I don't usually do. I read the blurb. I don't read the blurb after I have added a book on my to read list, especially before I begin a book because that might ruin my reading experience. In this case, for example, it kind of did. For most of the book I kept wondering what Gia was hiding and if she was the one, the one who had double crossed Chad. The answers were given towards the end of the book which is nice on one hand, but I couldn't stop thinking about the questions until then.

It was weird reading about Chad not trusting Liam, since he didn't know him. I, as someone who had read the previous books, love Liam and I didn't like it when Chad kept trying to find some dirt on Liam. That proved though how much he cares about his sister and what he would do to protect her. I know that what he did wasn't irrational or misplaced, especially after everything he and Amy went through.

Forsaken is something that I could easily see as a movie. I am not saying that it should become one, but I believe it would work out very well.

My Review:

This book drove me nuts. I don't know if I've just outgrown this author's writing, or if the book is just that bad. The book only covers a few days where Chad and Gia are on the run...and it's just so repetitive...

Don't trust anyone, Gia. Especially not me.
I don't believe you, Gia. Now tell me the truth. (and he proves over and over he won't believe anything she says)
Do you have the cylinder, Chad? I need to know that I'm fighting for something. I gave up everything for you.
You're Sheridan's whore. Why should I trust you?
Where are we going?
You don't need to know.
Over and over and over again. Gah...if this book was cut in half and all the repetitiveness was cut out, I might have enjoyed it. As it was, I wanted to throw the book against the wall.

When there's action on the page, the book is great. But for too much of the book it was just a back and forth pull between Gia and Chad, both internally and externally. And that made me sad, because when things were happening, the book was pretty good. In fact, I really enjoyed the last 25% of the book.

But neither of these characters are in a place where they can trust. Trusting could cost them their lives. I get that that is the source of the conflict...and it's a valid conflict. But it needed to be explored in more varied actions within the story for me to have enjoyed it. Although, I'll admit... I did ultimately like Gia and Chad together AND the full backstory once it was revealed. That all worked for me. I hadn't guessed Gia's final secrets so that worked beautifully for me. I love it when an author can surprise me with a twist.

There's one more book in this series and I do plan to read it, although I may not review it, if I don't have more positive things to say. The overall issue...the cylinder...is so unbelievable to me that I have a feeling I may have a hard time with that book, too.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in return for an honest review.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Before you dive into this book, I highly recommend reading the previous two in the series first. Technically they might not be required, but I think you will have a better understanding of things if you do. As it was, it had been so long since I myself had read them that it took me a chapter or two for my brain to kick in and remember where we left off. Quickly I was reminded of how perfectly Lisa combines edge of you seat suspense with panty melting sexiness and I was sucked right back into the story.

Chad doesn't trust anyone, and given his past, you really can't blame him. Now he is in a race to get to his sister before the evil he is responsible for gets to her first. Enter Gia. She helps him escape but why? What are her true motives? Chad doesn't want to trust her; he can't afford to. But he is given little choice if he wants to save his sister and get the revenge his soul craves.

I have to say that Ms. Jones did a fabulous job of keeping me guessing at who was on Chad's side and who could be betraying him. Had he been trusting the wrong people all these years or was the newcomer to blame? I had my suspicions but they kind of wavered back and forth for most of the book. It was clear Gia wasn't telling him the whole truth and I was dying to find out what all of her story was.

I loved the chemistry between Chad and Gia. He might not trust her, but that didn't stop him from wanting her with every fiber of his being. Chad definitely had a dirty alpha side to him that was crazy hot. Oh how I do love a filthy talker. Overall this was another great read in the series that kept me on my toes and intrigued from start to finish. I can't wait for the conclusion, Unbroken, releasing on September 7!

Thanks to the author, I was allowed to read an ARC of this book. All I can say is WOW! This book is from Chad's (Amy's brother)POV and get ready, you will love Chad almost as much as Liam. Chad is and a$$hole from the get go, but he sure can make an a$$hole be sexy. This story brings answers to exactly what happened the night that changed Amy's life. We get the answers to what led up to that night and what the consequences after that have been. We find out what Chad has been up to during the past six years and why he hasn't been in Amy's life during that time. We find out why Chad doesn't trust anyone, and when I say anyone, I mean anyone...well, except for Amy and his friend Jared. The story introduces us to Gia and we get to explore the secrets that she brings to the mix. As we move through the story, we get Amy and Liam. Yes, we get more Liam Stone!

This books has so many twists, turns, secrets and answers that you will not want to put it down. Lisa Renee Jones knows how to grab you at page one and keep you until "The End." This one is a gripping story of fear, guilt, revenge, protection, trust, sex and love. If you have read the first two "Amy" books, you definitely must read this one! If you haven't read the first two "Amy" books, get them now, read them and be ready when Forsaken hits the shelves! You won't regret it!

Forsaken is in the POV of Chad, Amy Bensen's brother. Before Amy had thought she lost him, Chad was a treasure hunter. As we learned in the first two books in this series Amy had lost her parents and thought she had also lost her brother too in a fire. But Chad has been hiding out and trying to keep Amy hidden and safe for six years. Now that he was caught and saved. He has to go find Amy and tell her everything, because she is the only one he can trust. The person who saved him is Gia. He is not sure if she is working him over or is trying to help him.
When Chad finds Jared who has been helping him hide and keep Amy safe all these years. Gia who saved Chad has him second guessing if he should trust Jared. Especially with Chad's motto being "trust no one". This is an edge of your seat. kind of book. You, as the reader are not sure who Chad should trust. Will Gia turn out to be the woman of Chad's dream? He did not even know if he wanted Gia, or will this woman be playing him like a fool to get the treasure. If Chad has the treasure everyone is looking for. Can't wait for Unbroken.

TRUST is a commodity Chad cannot afford to give. He trusts no one, except his best friend Jared and his sister Amy. If you have been reading this series, you know by now that Chad has spent the last six years running and dodging the men who will stop at nothing to retrieve the cylinder he found. Now with his parents dead, these killers after him, and Amy in danger, he is faced with the fact he must find a solution to this problem once and for all.

To use the common cliche of "rollercoaster ride" does not even begin to express the turmoil Chad is going through. Saved by a beautiful stranger, unable to trust her, knowing someone has betrayed his whereabouts and facing torture are but a few of the highlights.

Once again, Lisa Renee Jones takes us on a magic carpet ride with this gripping story. Nail-biting, at the edge of your seats thrills and a scorching hot seductive love affair is what you are in for. Watch for the plot twists and be amazed. One more book remains in this thrilling series. Unbroken is promised for September of this year, so we only have one more month to wait for the final conclusion. Will these couples survive?
