I am looking to gather as many thoughts as possible in the pursuit of creating a greater charactor for Northern Burlington. Many ideas are flowing from many sources. However the most important things will come from you, our neighbors and friends. Please take a few moments to give your thoughts.

When people in Burlington think of the "New North End" they think north of Burlington High School off North Avenue. With the exception of a few homes, they are right about the physical location. In fact the U.S. Postal Service uses that figurative line by the High School and north as their line where the zip code becomes 05408.

The truth is that the "New" of the New North End should not exist because some of Burlington's oldest homesteads are in this part of the city. For now I'll call it North Burlington

North Burlington has many valuable attributes that are almost unnoticed by our community. More certainly unnoticed by people who disregard our community as though it was only a place where many people live. Few people see much benefit to visiting, enjoying and bringing business to North Burlington.

Many people have recently talked with me about ways to preserve, enjoy and better our community. My growing community "wish list" also takes into account the thoughts of peoples from a recent workshop and a North Avenue Corridor Study Advisory Committee

To develop a vision for the future of North Burlington requires thoughts from you and all the rest of our neighbors. Thus the questions below. This form will help me know what your thoughts are. I'll use the responses to further refine the wish-list and expand on the most wanted elements of a community.
