He’s back! Noel Kahn is returning to Rosewood.

Brant Daugherty is reprising his role on “Pretty Little Liars” for the upcoming seventh season this summer, Variety has learned exclusively.

Other than the fact that Daugherty’s character Noel Kahn will definitely be back, storyline details are being kept under wraps. A source close to the show warns, “We still don’t know whether or not he’s good or bad, trustworthy or not.”

When Noel was last seen in the ninth episode of Season 5, he was working with Ali (Sasha Pieterse), but the Liars did not trust him. Spencer (Troian Bellisario) attacked him, after he tried to hurt her at her lake house, and then she blackmailed him with incriminating photos.

Daugherty first appeared in the debut season of the Freeform (then ABC Family) series with a prominent role in the first two seasons. He appeared in a few episodes during the third, fourth and fifth seasons when his character was last seen — he was, however, mentioned in one episode of the most recent sixth season.

The number of episodes Daugherty will appear in has not been determined yet, as Season 7 is still being written.

Aside from “Pretty Little Liars,” Daugherty competed on Season 17 of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.” Up next, he has a role in the third film of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” franchise, “Fifty Shades Freed,” which is out in 2018.
