Transition Survey
Next year you will be a 6th grader at Leonard Middle School.  LMS and OTES have been working together to make this transition a great experience for all students.  Mrs. Cyr (the LMS Principal), Mr. Maxim (LMS Assistant Principal), Mrs. O'Connell (the LMS School Counselor), the Sixth Grade team and several current 6th grade students will be visiting OTES to give a presentation to all of you. Your completion of this survey will be very helpful in designing the presentation to answer your questions.  Thank you!
