Lovefest is an annual community event showcasing the people, organizations and businesses that make up the Northside Neighborhood. From artists and musicians, to community organizers and developers, to the variety of eclectic retail establishments and restaurants.

We invite you to participate as a partner in this unique event and celebrate the diversity of our little urban village. Here are ways to participate:

THE EVENT WILL INCLUDE:
• Bites of Northside showcase of Northside restaurants
• Craft beer from participating breweries
• Cover Art Silent Auction and Raffle
• Great music from local bands with performances from Louder Than a Bomb of WordPlay
• Kids activities provided by Happen Inc. and LaBoiteaux Woods Nature Center and the opportunity to contribute and learn about our vibrant, inclusive, thriving community!

Proceeds for this event benefit the Northsider Monthly Newspaper, a project of the Northside Community Council.

Donate a Dish for the Bites of Northside Table (Dishes will be picked up the morning of the event)

The Bites of Northside table will showcase dishes from participating neighborhood restaurants, chefs and caterers. Participants present their specialties in one of 6 categories: appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, side dishes and desserts. Donated dishes should serve 50-100 people. Each dish will be accompanied with a placard with info about the participating business.

The first 200 paying guests will receive a Northside Lovefest Goodie Bag. If you would like a small item to be included in the goodie bag (e.g. business card, bumper sticker, promotional item) list the item to be contributed here. All items must be dropped off by Friday April 3, 2015 at 4128 Langland St.

The Northside Lovefest Goodie bag will include a Northside coupon book. All event participants (sponsors, food or raffle item donors, table participants) have the option of inclusion in the coupon book. To be included in the coupon book, artwork must be received by Friday March 20, 2015. Artwork should be black and white in jpeg or pdf format sized 4.625” x 1.875” Send finished artwork to northsidermonthly@gmail.com
