This survey is a part of a research about vulnerability reward programs. We aim to shed the light at some of the practices and concerns in the task of vulnerability discovery and as security professionals are one of the important components involved in the task we look at how to identify the indicators for expertise in cyber security professionals. We aims to provide advancements in the field vulnerability reward programs, how to select security professionals to perform this security task, and how we can bridge the gap between industry and security professionals.

You are invited to take part in this online research study because you are involved in cyber security practices. You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire and we expect this activity to take no more than 10 minutes.
