Why?
Psyched believes therapy is a great tool for growth but certainly not the only way we grow.  We are growing all the time.  Moreover, relating is harder now because of lack of time, work hours. living away from extended family and child rearing.  We want to see couples succeed and perhaps not need our services by making some early tweaks.  

Who?
Andrew Groeschel, MFT is a therapist licensed in California and Texas and works with clients in both states.  He specializes in working with couples and strengthening their bonds even in the middle of a storm so that dealing with the hard stuff is easier.   Andrew works with Psyched clients via video conference.

Traci Ruble, MFT is the founder of Psyched in San Francisco.  She works with many couples on the brink and with men who are ambivalent about therapy.  She helps couples rewire harmful communication feedback loops and live from core values and needs instead of blame.  Traci works in downtown San Francisco.

Dr. Robert Solley not only teaches couples therapy but he has been a psychologist for over twenty years.  He has a steady and unflappable style in the face of high conflict couples.  He has trained with many of the masters in the field and brings the latest in neuroscience and attachment to his work.  Dr. Solley works from his Noe Valley San Francisco office.
