Chairs' Training and Annual General Meeting of EYP Switzerland 2016
We are pleased to invite you to EYP Switzerland's chairs' training led by an experienced international trainer and to EYP Switzerland's Annual General Meeting 2016, taking place 13-14 February 2016 in Bern.

You're invited to take part in this training, regardless whether you have never chaired before or have already gained expertise in this field. The training is particularly tailored to chairpersons at our oncoming Regional Sessions in spring 2016.

For the Chairs' Training you are expected to be at the Schloss Bümpliz at 11:00 on Saturday, 13 February. Please bring along your sleeping bag and a cussion cover.
Training, food and accommodation are for free for members of EYP Switzerland.

If you are taking part in the chairs' training, you will also automatically take part in EYP Switzerland's Annual General Meeting AGM 2016. During the Annual General Meeting, all members of EYP Switzerland have the chance to elect the new Board, adopt the annual budget and ask the Board questions about its work in 2015. The General Assembly 2016 will take place on 13 February at 14:00 at:

Note that we will not offer pick-ups form the railway station - please find your way yourself to the Schloss  Bümpliz for both the AGM and Chairs' Training

Whether you are coming to the Schloss Bümpliz for the Chairs Training or the AGM only, the designated train station is "Bümpliz Nord" and you can reach it by taking the S5, S51 or S52 leaving from the train station Bern. From "Bümpliz Nord" it will be 5 minutes walking distance until you reach the castle.

The AGM will last until 16:30 approximately, with drinks & open end afterwards.
If you cannot attend the chairs' training, you can alternatively only sign up for the AGM - in that case make sure to arrive a bit before 14:00 (on time!) at the venue.

Membership
Keep in mind that participation is only for free for members of EYP Switzerland, i.e. we will verify if you are on our member list. You are a member of EYP Switzerland in 2015 if you have registered as a member of EYP Switzerland and are going to pay the Fr. 30.- membership fee in 2015. If you have not been a member in the previous year yet, don't forget to register as a new member in our member database on http://eyp.ch/membership-form/ before wiring your membership fee.



If you do not live within Switzerland, the same rule also applies to you: You also need to become a member of EYP Switzerland (which in your case is rather a formality) and pay CHF 30.- as a membership fee to attend the training. As we are covering accommodation, food and other expenses during the weekend, we feel that the costs of our events should be shared fairly among all participants. In that case, please get in touch with Riccardo Passarella (riccardo.passarella@eyp.ch) and wire us the money using these details: . As international transactions may take some time, we'd suggest that you take along a confirmation of your transaction of the CHF 30.- to the training.
