Project Leader Evaluation
Project Leaders: EACH leader should fill out this form Saturday morning before the Project Symposium, although only one needs to write a group comment for your Project. You can write additional comments for students who underperformed or went above and beyond (i.e. students of concern & students of praise).

Please be honest with your feedback and take time to consider your reflections. We will use your input to make Project Week even better next year.
