2017 Walkathon Toy Drive
Do you have any new or unused toys and/or fun items to donate to the 2017 Walk-a-thon kids raffle/prizes? This will motivate all the superstar kids to walk their best, have lots of fun, and help our school to raise more funds for education. In return, your child will receive one raffle ticket for each $10 market-valued donation.

Please complete this form and drop off your donation in the "Toy Drive" box at the office by Monday April 3rd. Be sure to fill in all the fields to receive the tax receipt and raffle tickets.
