The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) supports special events and activities planned and executed by community groups and charitable organizations within the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo where the RRC can assist in enriching and diversifying its community.

Organizations requesting in kind donations must be a not-for-profit organization, charitable organization or Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo community organization located and operating within the municipal boundaries of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

All requests for donations must be provided two weeks in advance of the desired date of receipt in writing by filling out the RRC Charitable Contribution and Donation Form.

The RRC is unable to support: donations to political or advocacy groups, religious organizations (with the exception of secular activities open to those of all faiths), individual pursuits, an organization whose values are at odds with those of the RRC, discounts on rentals for RRC amenities that fall under sport bookings or ice rentals, third party fundraisers for organizations the RRC directly contributes to, and discounts on RRC food & beverage services.
