FIRST TOUCH (Pee Wee) Program:   Ages 2-5yrs    Cost: $60
This is a four week, one hour per day program. We have many activities that directly relate to motor skill development. Each class consists of FUN interactive games, with the use of many different props. 'First Touch' Programs help the little ones understand Participation, Sportsmanship, Sharing and Team concepts, along with the basic skills of soccer. Our goal is to raise each player's ability to perform these skills, while having fun.

CORE Ball Skills (BS):   Ages 6-12yrs      Cost: $65  (6 week Cost at Rockwood Summit - $95)
This is a four week, one hour per day program. The CORE Ball Skills Program is centered on the '5 CORE Technical Skills': (Ball Mastery, Passing-Receiving, Defending and Finishing) Full participation each week is required to fully benefit from this class.

Goalkeeper Training (GK):   Ages 6-12yrs      Cost: $65   (6 week Cost at Rockwood Summit - $95)
This is a four week, one hour per day program. The CORE Goalkeeper Training Program is centered on the '5 CORE  Goalkeeper Skills': (Footwork/Balance, Ball Handling/Boxing, Diving/Break-Aways, Shot Stopping/Crosses, and Angles/Distribution). Full participation each week is required to fully benefit from this class.

High School Ball Skills Training (HSBS):    Ages 13-18yrs        Cost: $75     (6 week Cost at Rockwood Summit - $105)
This is an four week, one hour per day program. The High School Skills Program is a great pre-season training tool for both male and female athletes. We will cover the '5 CORE Technical Skills': (Ball Mastery, Passing-Receiving, Defending and Finishing) as well as performance training daily (speed and agility) Full participation each week is required to fully benefit from this class.
