2. Speak with a Hollywood Wildcats FC Board Member.

3. Upon approval by Wildcats Executive Board, you will be contacted by the City of Hollywood at the e-mail address you provided below. Follow City's instruction to supply additional information.

Please note, additional background checks, Concussion training, video presentation course, Code of Conduct, photo etc will still be required of you.
