All services provided are initiated under current Federal and State laws and policy at the time the services are rendered. More Than SAT cannot be responsible for any future changes in any Federal or State laws and policies that may render portions of previous More Than SAT efforts and/or reporting ineffective in yielding represented results. The acceptance by execution of this agreement is not subject to any future performance by More Than SAT or any of its officers, employees, or agents, by the delivery of normal services of More Than SAT and is specifically not conditioned upon any projection, promise or guarantee of school acceptance or scores on standardized exams. More Than SAT reserves the right to reject any application for any reason and refuse and/or return all or part of financial submission paid as consideration for this agreement.

TERMS OF SERVICES

• ACT Small Group Class schedule is set and will not be changed according to individual student’s need.  When a lesson is missed, we will do our best to accommodate a makeup lesson.  However, makeup lesson time slots are limited and will not be guaranteed.  In such cases, a student may wish add an extra week after the last lesson, if time allows.

• More Than SAT reserves the right to refuse and/or return all or part of financial submission paid as consideration for this agreement.


TERMS OF PAYMENT

• There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 Registration Fee for each student.  

• Full payments will be made in advance of lessons, as discussed during initial consultation and outlined in the student lesson plan, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.  Please make payments to: “More Than Scores and Tests, Ltd.” Or we have option of electronic payment.  Please indicate your preference.
 
• Including all the instructions, books & material, and registration fee, the February 2014 ACT Small Group Class is $1,300.  More Than SAT will accept pre-purchased gift-certificates and/or discounts offered by More Than SAT at the time of registration. Any gift certificates or discount can be redeemed only one time at the time of registration.  

I (we), having received and read the terms of this agreement and execute this application for Services from More Than SAT, agree to make all required financial payment only to More Than Scores and Tests, Ltd.
