I draw diagrams and maps that make sense to me, but they don't make sense to other people in my organization

People I work with speak a different language than our users and getting them to change feels impossible

People I work with want me to just do my job, and don't seem interested in collaborating

I feel like I am stuck in an endless round of tiny revisions to my work
