HCA Used Uniform Order Form for BOYS
Orders are filled from the PTO Used Uniform Closet. All items are subject to availability.
Some adult sizes also available.
Orders are checked twice a month, approximately the 1st & the 15th.
Someone will contact you to let you know what items are available and what the total due will be. Items will be available for pickup in the office and payment is due when you pickup.
