As trustees, you have a responsibility to ensure adequate procedure and policy to protect and safeguard children and young people is in place  who are accessing your service provision.
This training will provide participants with the knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence to fulfill their safeguarding responsibilities towards children and young people.

Training content:
- Legislation and guidance that underpins work with children & young people
- Key principles,procedure and good practice
- Promotion of the welfare of children and young people
- Be familiar with Harrow safeguarding procedures

By the end of the workshop you will be able to implement good safeguarding practice in your organisation,
