SPRINGCHELLA Volunteer - HS Youth Leader Application
Dear Youth Staff Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in serving as youth staff at the "Youth Advocacy Training”, the Santa Clara County ___________________________ on DATE at the Santa Clara County Office of Education. The youth staff role is one of the most critical and influential parts of the conference.  Being chosen for a youth staff position is truly an honor.  It means that you have worked hard throughout the years to help make a positive change in your school and/or community.  
 
To be eligible to serve as a youth staff, you should fit the following criteria:
• Have the strong desire to spread the drug-free and wellness message to other teens
• Have demonstrated an ability to interact with your peers through involvement in positive youth organizations
• Be available for the entire conference day

Required dates and times:
Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 7:30am to 3:00pm – Conference Day  

Youth Staff Responsibilities:
• Be present, on time and positive during the conference
• Serve as positive example for participants and encourage appropriate behavior
• Complete your assigned role

****You need permission from your school to volunteer****

By volunteering, we can provide you up to 8 hours of community service.
