Please fill out this form to apply for a vendor booth at the Tally Smockaholics sale! One business will be allowed per category, with the exception of churches and preschools. We will review your submission, and if there is not a business already signed up for this sale in your category, we will contact you for payment!

All Tally Smockaholics business partners will be spotlighted on our Facebook page. We will include your business name on our Facebook page with a mention of your website or email to encourage contact to your business. This will be outside of your vendor booth at the sale or your web link on our site. Double the exposure! Don't miss your chance to reach our fabulous upscale shoppers! Here are the details:

Vendor Booths - $100 for all 4 sale days
• Limited Spots Available Per Event! Sign up early, only one business will be featured per category. Exception: preschools and churches. Tally Smockaholics reserves the right to accept and deny any business application.
• Vendors can display & sell products from PreSale through 1/2 Price Sale Day.
• Think of the hundreds of people walking thru our doors that will see your business products/services. You will have the ability to gather contact info, show your products/services to a captive audience of parents/grandparents & build relationships!
• You provide up to a 6ft table & chairs. We'll provide the shoppers! Please have table set up by 10am Wednesday. You are welcome to work your table during any or all of our sale hours.
• Spots are not reserved until payment is received.
