Should there be tiers? *

If a majority yes vote is achieved, we will run a trial Summer Secret Santa with tiers. If that goes smoothly, we will apply it to our December Secret Santa as well.

If tiers are instilled, what should the minimum of FULLBODIES be for the lower tier? *

There will not be a minimum of total pieces. Instead, there will be a minimum of fullbodies. Members will be welcomed and encouraged but NOT REQUIRED to go above the minimum of fullbodies with art of any kind (headshots, sketches, fullbodies, etc.)

Should we start and end signups earlier? *

This year, signups started on November 8th.

Should the maximum number of characters a person can include in their wishlist be decreased from 10? *

This may lower the chance to get a variety of art, but it would make it much more likely that you would receive at least one piece of each character you include.
