Our Children & Youth Religious Education Program is excited for the coming year! Please take 5 minutes to register your child(ren) for the 2018-2019 year.
Parents/Guradians please fill out the following information to help BUUF RE Program to better meet the needs of your child(ren) this year. (Note: A new form is needed each year, so that we can track the needs of children currently active in RE.) Membership is not required for registration. A list of allergies will be made available to our RE classroom volunteers. Your information will be used ONLY in connection with the BUUF RE program, and will not be publicly available.

You can enroll as many as 3 children on this form. If you'll need to register more than 3 children, please fill out a new form.

BUUF RE is a cooperative program that requires the gift of time and energy from many people. Because parent involvement is so vital to the success or our program, all families are asked to volunteer in one or more capacities. Please check your preference at the end of the registration.
