RI 4-H Awards Banquet
You are invited to the 2016 RI 4-H Awards banquet to be held on January 9th, 2016 at the Quidnessett Country Club at 6:00 pm.  This banquet recognizes the outstanding work that RI 4-Hers and volunteers completed last year.  Back by popular demand the meal will consist of chicken parmigiana, penne pasta, tossed salad and an ice cream sundae bar!  To register please submit this form and then make payment.  This year we will once again try to assign families to sit with their local club to the best of our ability.  Registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis until full or we reach the deadline date of December 20th, 2015.

Next enter all those volunteers in your party that were registered volunteers with the URI 4-H Office before August of 2015.  The RI 4-H Foundation will subsidize the meals for these registered 4-H Volunteers.  Thank You RI 4-H Club Foundation!  The Volunteers will pay $13/person.

Enter all those that do not fit in the above categories: parents, siblings and all others.  We don't want to limit how many others can come to the banquet, but please keep in mind that we have over 150 youth that submitted record books and would like to go to the banquet!  So a good guide is 1-2 Guests/Others per record book winner.  Guests will pay $23/person.  

While it is great to see the cloverbuds at the banquet, it will be approximately 3 hours long, usually lasts until after 9pm and can be difficult for the little ones to keep focused (sitting quietly for that long).  Older cloverbuds do fine but for younger youth it is a good idea to get a babysitter for the night.
