Being a summer camp staff member can be a difficult calling. It's a lot of hard work and long hours; working together with others to achieve the goal of 'Calling campers to Christ' as a counselor, instructor, kitchen worker, and a friend. Working at summer camp isn't for everyone.

Your honest appraisal of the Applicant will greatly assist us in evaluating his/her suitability to undergo the rigors of summer camp ministry. Feel free to leave blank any area you feel unqualified to evaluate since an artificially positive recommendation is not in the best interests of either the Camp or the Applicant. This information will be kept strictly confidential.
