Welcome
The Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever Foundation would like to thank you for participating in our 1st Annual Child Safety Fair. We are proud to be educating children and creating partnerships to help keep our children safe.  
Instructions
Please read carefully

BOOTH SPACE:
10’ x 10’ booth space. All vendors are to provide their own canopy, table, and chairs. Your booth space will be assigned and you will be notified via email of your location. Larger size available upon request.

BOOTH SETUP AND LOCATION:
You may set up your booth on Saturday, June 11th, between 6:00 am and 7:00 am. You are able to park on the streets and carry your items in by hand or use a hand truck or dolly.

BOOTH BREAKDOWN:
You may break down your booth at 11:00 a.m. We ask that before you leave please make sure the area around your booth is clean.

EVENT DAY TIMELINE:
6:00 am - setup begins
7:00 am - setup ends
7:00 am - 8:00 am event registration
8:00 am - 9:00 am bike ride
8:30 am - 10:00 am child safety fair  
10:00 am  - event ends clean up and break down

Agreement
1. JSCK shall be the main organizing and fiscal agent for Ride for Safety San Diego held on June 11, 2016.
2. JSCK shall provide reasonable accommodations for private vendors to provide goods and services to the general public.          
3. All Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e. canopies, tables, chairs, electricity etc.)
4. All Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
5. JSCK reserves the right to refuse any application from a business it deems unsuitable.
6. JSCK or its partners will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during this event.
7. All donations are non-refundable tax deductible contributions and will be used for our youth programs.
