This study is being conducted by Erin Nau, LCSW,  enau@adelphi.edu and Hillary Rutter, LCSW, rutter@adelphi.edu at the Adelphi New York Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline and Support Program, under the faculty supervision of Dr.  Andrew Safyer asafyer@adelphi.edu. The information collected through this research is to help providers with a better understanding of the needs of breast cancer patient/survivors who participate in support groups, and the benefits they receive by attending. This survey will take between 5 and 10 minutes. There will be no compensation for taking this survey. I understand that participation in this study is voluntary and that I may stop answering the questions below at any time before hitting the submit button, and I will not be penalized for my lack of participation. As with any online research there are possible risks to confidentiality. The researchers have taken care to make your survey answers as secure as possible. All answers are password protected with access only by Erin Nau and Hillary Rutter, collected on a secure site, and anonymous.
