ATR's have been telling UFT Solidarity about the lack of real pre-observations, followed by gotcha U rated observations and lack of real collaborative feedback discussions.

If you are an ATR on rotation, who has a field supervisor that's ignoring the observation agreement below, and are interested in joining other ATRs in filing a grievance, enter your information below. More and more ATRs are telling us that they are being U rated and brought up on incompetence charges. We will not let this continue on our watch.
